Meet Dr. Q

Dr. Q earned her undergraduate degree at Yale and her medical degree at Brown before moving from her native Rhode Island to Colorado to complete psychiatric residency training at the University of Colorado. There, she served as chief resident and gained specialized training in reproductive psychiatry through the program's Reproductive Psychiatry concentration. She is a board-certified adult psychiatrist, offering virtual care to patients in Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island. Additionally, she serves as the Clinical Director of Fertility Wellness Services at Intent Clinical, based in Boston.

Dr. Q brings extensive expertise in treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD. She has a particular focus on women’s mental health across the lifespan, with specialization in infertility, medication management in pregnancy, PMDD, and perimenopause.

Blending medication management with psychotherapy, Dr. Q offers streamlined, comprehensive mental health care. For those already established with a therapist, she is happy to provide collaborative medication management. Her approach emphasizes individualized treatment that is welcoming and collaborative, designed to feel more like a coffee shop than a traditional medical office.

My evidence-based practice prioritizes the highest quality, targeted treatment for patients at all phases of their mental health journey. I incorporate a holistic approach that considers the importance of lifestyle interventions in addition to medication management and therapy.
